How long will my order take?
Australian orders are sent via standard post and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders generally take 10–20 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping to Australia, UK and the US.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Head to our Return & Refund Policy page for the full details.

My item arrived faulty — what do I do?
That's on us. Get in touch and we'll sort it out straight away with a replacement or refund.

Sizing

How do your tees fit?
Our tees are a standard unisex fit. If you're between sizes, we'd suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel — which is very much the Quaddie Club vibe.
